2. Program description
The Gentleman offers an optional text messaging program for membership updates, reservation notifications, event announcements, and promotional offers. By separately opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from The Gentleman at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology.
3. Consent
Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or becoming a member. Providing your phone number or accepting our general Terms & Conditions does not, by itself, enroll you in our text messaging program.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to participate.
5. Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your text messaging and data plan.
6. Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe request. After that confirmation, you will receive no further messages from this program unless you opt in again.

8. Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to service providers solely to operate and support our messaging program.
9. Message delivery
Delivery is subject to your wireless provider's availability and network conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
